Hong Kong artists get arrested in Tokyo

Hong Kong artists Kelvin Kwan (關楚耀) and Jill Vidal (衛詩) were arrested in Tokyo, over alleged possesion of marijuana. Kelvin Kwan is a Canadian citizen while Jill Vidal is holding UK passport. It is reported that they were shopping around Shibuya area and had argument with one of the shop owners. Police was called later. Marijuana was found in Kelvin Kwan’s bag by police. Kelvin Kwan said the marijuana was brought from Hong Kong while Jill Vidal said she did not know anything about it.
