I went to the Auto Bavaria open house and saw the real thing. Blew me away and this is some statement, considering that I'm a Mercedes guy.

Badminton, once our national sport, has definitely seen better days.

I watched our womens and mens doubles crash out at Stadium Putra tonight. The women pair put up a brave fight but lost out in the end. Their loss was at least justifiable.

The mens pair were woeful. To pay RM35 for the inept performance just rankles. If it wasn't for the mistakes of the Korean pair in the second set, I think the Malaysian pair would've lost in 2 sets.

For all the support in the stadium, they barely looked interested and they want to win the All England championships next month? Fuckin' idiots....

What the hell is wrong with these people? You'd think that for a people who have been oppressed through the ages that they'd have learnt the value of tolerance. I'm not against them trying to defend themselves, but limit this conflict to the combatants. Why do children and innocents have to be targetted? And this goes for both sides who are equally guilty!

I went for a foot massage tonight. I must be really unhealthy because the pain..... oh the pain.... went up from my toes and made a beeline for my balls.

But the samurai spirit in me refused to be cowed and I kept the pain off my face. Serenity rules.

On a separate note, I will be starting kendo again after a hiatus of one year.
